Promotions and Discount Code? 

Any Discount Codes cannot be combined with any other offers or applied to all sale items or promotions. All the Discount Codes can be applied before or after the shipping charges and taxes are calculated at the checkout.

Discount Codes are limited to one per customer per purchase and are good for a one time use only per customer and can only be used at full price. The Discount Codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your account will be credited only in the amount that you paid and not including the value of the Discount Code.

Discount Codes may or may not have expiration dates depending on the Sale or Promotions but Expired Discount Codes are not valid for future uses.

The Chameleon Sisters are not responsible for any promotions designed by a third party to attract new customers or increase sales. The Chameleon Sisters reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its own discretion. The contents of this statement may be altered at any time by The Chameleon Sisters.

 

I purchased an item recently and now it is on sale. Can I get the discounted price?
Price changes on our website is subject to change without notice. Orders that are placed before the promotions are not entitled to receive special offer or partial refund.

 

How do I cancel my order?
If you are planning to cancel your order within 1-3 business days from the day of purchase, we can accept cancellations and refunds at any time before shipping. However, If an order has already been dispatched within 1-3 business days of processing your order with your shipping confirmation details and tracking number, you will expect to receive the goods and will be responsible for shipping back the order to The Chameleon Sisters return address at the customers’ own expense, and the cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded. How do I Returns or Exchange my order?
For sanitary purposes, and due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange for a used or opened item. 

Purchase made within 30 days will be accepted for a return or exchange and the product must be in a new, unused, and unopened condition to receive a refund or exchange. (Please refer to the Refund Policy

 

How will I know when my order has been shipped? 
When your order is ready to get shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email along with your tracking number indicating when your order has been shipped. 

 

When should I receive my tracking information? 
All of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link (it can take up to 24-48 hours to update). To track your order, click on the tracking number provided that was sent to your email. 

Due to COVID-19 impacts, Canada Post may suspend their On-time Delivery Guarantees until further notice. Please check the tracking link in your Ship Confirmation email for updates. (Please refer to the Shipping Policy)
