For sanitary purposes and due to the nature of our products, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange for a used or opened item.
Returns, Exchange, & Refunds
Purchase made within 30 days will be accepted for a return or exchange and the product must be in a new, unused, and unopened condition to receive a refund or exchange. Please email us at email@example.com to open a request and for further instructions.
The customer must provide us with the shipping information of the returned or exchanged package and is responsible for all the shipping expenses at their own cost.
After we receive your shipping information:
A) Return & Refund - The refund will be returned to the original method of payment and shipping fees are nonrefundable.
B) Exchange - The customer needs to create a new order. (Shipping fees and the price difference for the new order are at customers expenses)
